Random Acts of Kindness
To me, random acts of kindness means a lot. Being liked by most of the people in my class means one thing to me, but at least one person saying something nice or funny just lightens my day. This week on a random act of kindness bingo I chose 4 things that would either make me feel loved or cared for, but can make my day the best. I chose; 'Tell each of your family member one thing you love about them, Write encouraging messages on your sidewalk, pick up one piece of rubbish and write down someone's best qualities and/or something you like about them and give it to them.'
If one of my family members (e.g. my little sister) came up to me and told me how much they love me I would feel amazing the whole day and I would say that to someone else I know (sadly my sister doesn't do that).
Writing messages on my sidewalk or driveway could brighten heaps of peoples day. Especially if you live on a busy road heaps of people could drive or walk past and see it.
Imagine rubbish being left on the ground, imagine that one rubbish it could blow into the ocean that's one innocent life of a sea creature. So you picking up one piece of rubbish, you've saved a sea creature's life.
Finally, you might like lots about your best friend (not so much the bully down the street). So write it down! Writing down things help me think about what I could possibly do about it. So if you write down good qualities about your best friend that can just lighten up their day.
