I joined the Nashik Plogger's group for r plogging on 19th Feb'2023 @07.00 am to 09.00 am at Pandavleni caves, Nashik, MAharashtra, India.
The term "plogging" is defined as "a combination of jogging with picking up litter". The word 'plogging' is derived from the words 'pick up litter' and 'jogging' which means 'race for exercise'. ‘Plogging’ has become a global campaign to improve the health of the planet itself. It was started by Alik Ahlstrom, who said in an event that although there is a world record of 4,000 Mexican people "plogging" together, there are about 10,000 people generally plogging into various places in India.
I feel very good by heart, as I had started my kindness to the planet life, where microplastic ruin the fertile land and it is very serious for the planet.
